• Profile-based university and visa guidance

• Application tasks, deadlines and calendar tools
• Mentor strategy checkpoints where included in the selected plan

Jagrati does not submit applications on a user's behalf. Users retain control of their accounts, documents, verification and final submissions. Admission and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions and authorities.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit authentic academic and personal documents
• Review and verify AI-generated guidance and drafts before relying on or submitting them
• Confirm current deadlines, fees and requirements on official university or immigration sources
• Use the website lawfully

Current plan prices, validity periods, inclusions and limits are shown on the Pricing page before purchase. Paid access begins only after server-side payment verification. Usage quotas and included mentor checkpoints are limited to the purchased plan and intake period.

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the published Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
